Laura grew up as an artist and then discovered she was an empath. The road was not easy but led her in the direction to live a more authentic life.

 

She has navigated her way through life guided by angels and connected to the energy of other realms. She has had the opportunity to share these gifts with others through many different creative pathways and outlets.

 

Practicing yoga for over 20 years and the path of spirituality led her to becoming a certified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner for 15 years and now also a spirituality and mindfulness coach. 

 

She has been on the journey to inspire and help people to reach their full potential to be who they uniquely are and learn how to unlock the gift of their power within.

 

She believes that everyone can be inspired by the power of grace through all different forms if they are receptive to the energy that awaits them.

 

She currently lives in Long Island, New York
