God Hints

When you don’t know what to do… God gives you hints.

How does this happen?

It doesn’t always come with lightning bolts or booming signs. Sometimes, it happens in the quiet moments — when you’re minding your own business, eating a snack or brushing your teeth — and suddenly… psst…

“Hey… want to check in on so-and-so?”

“Want to start that idea you keep pushing aside?”

“Do you miss the ocean? It’s calling today.”

He tells you things… or hints… at things you might want to do. He knows they’ll lead you to a better path. A healthier lifestyle. Maybe even the person that will change your life. So He gives you a hint.

It’s not loud. It’s not forceful. It’s just… there.

And maybe you brush it off. Or maybe you sit with it. And something in you says,“I don’t know why… but this feels right.”

That’s the thing about God hints.They don’t always make sense in the moment — but the energy of them does. You feel it in your gut. You feel it in your chest. They carry a kind of clarity, even if the path isn’t fully lit yet.

So when God hints… pay attention.

Don’t worry about how you’ll make time. Or whether it fits perfectly into your plan. Because if the hint is from Him… He’ll rearrange the plan. He’ll move what needs to move so you can follow what He already put on your heart. All along, He’s helping you. You just didn’t know it.

God sees you — even when you don’t see yourself.

And if you’re lucky, you’ll get a hint. Actually, you probably already have.

God hints are small, because He is so big. He sends them down in small ways so we can actually process them. So we can move, respond, and step into what’s next.

Angels help with God hints. They’re the assistants. It’s kind of secretive — not everyone gets to know. But they move the pieces where they need to. And they can drop a hint at just the right time…(We humans call that a “sign.”)

So what’s inside a God hint?

Love. Truth. Compassion. Grace.

And a calling — something you’re here to carry out in your own way.

Service doesn’t have one look. It’s not always big and showy. Sometimes it’s being kind. Holding space. Creating beauty. Offering presence. But those hints? They’ll lead you right to it.

And when you start noticing them… you’ll see them everywhere. Because signs are everywhere. Which means God is, too.

So next time you feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed…Ask God for a hint.
